Particle monitoring system


The continuous online monitoring system for flue gas utilizes extraction condensation sampling, backscattering smoke concentration measurement, pitot tube flue gas flow velocity measurement, and computer network communication technology to achieve online continuous monitoring of pollutant emission concentration and total emissions from fixed pollution sources. At the same time, technical improvements have been made in response to the situation where domestic coal types are relatively diverse, coal quality changes greatly, pollutant emission concentrations are high, and flue gas humidity is high. And according to the standard design, it provides a professional Chinese operating platform and Chinese report function, multiple sets of analog and switch input and output interfaces, which can realize the connection of fieldbus and the selection of multiple communication methods, making the system operation convenient and flexible.

Continuous online monitoring system for flue gasIt mainly consists of the following subsystems:

1. The solid particulate matter continuous monitoring subsystem adopts laser backscatter single point monitoring.

2. Continuous monitoring subsystem for gaseous pollutants, multi-component gas analyzer (SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, HCL, HF, NH3)

3. Continuous monitoring subsystem for smoke parameters such as oxygen content, smoke flow rate, pressure, temperature, humidity, etc

Measuring principle

The collimated laser beam emitted by the laser irradiates the smoke and dust, and the scattered light at a specific solid angle generated by the smoke and dust in the measurement area converges to the detector. The concentration value of the smoke and dust particles is obtained by the linear relationship between the intensity of the scattered light and the concentration of the smoke and dust particles.
