Overview
The online monitoring of flue gas used in refractory material factories meets all technical requirements of HJ/T76-2007 standard and can meet various user needs. The entire system has a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, and low operating costs. At the same time, the system adopts a modular structure, which is easy to combine. And it can communicate with the DCS and data systems of the environmental protection department within the enterprise.
Product Details

Online monitoring of flue gas for refractory material factories

1) Determine the operating status and main technical parameters of the smoke CEMS monitoring instrument, pitot tube, dust meter, and data acquisition and transmission instrument to determine if they are operating normally.

(2) Observe the operation of the data transmission and acquisition instrument, check for any damage at the connection, and inspect the data. Compare the data received by the CEMS flue gas online monitoring instrument, data acquisition and transmission instrument, and upper computer to ensure consistency.

(3) Check for leaks in the smoke sampling collection pipeline and pre-treatment gas path.

(4) Inspection and maintenance of sample gas sampling probe and particulate matter (dust analyzer): Check whether the sample gas sampling probe is loose and whether the heating system is normal. Regularly clean or replace the sampling probe filter element based on on-site usage (approximately every three months for inspection). During power outages or shutdowns, it is also necessary to inspect each filter element, or clean or replace it. Clean the isolation smoke and optical probe glass window (mirror) of the particulate matter online monitoring instrument once a month, and the specific cleaning time depends on the on-site conditions.

  • Low system maintenance and high measurement accuracy

  • Using a German condenser and utilizing phosphoric acid addition technology, the loss of SO2 is avoided

  • Modular structure design of the system, flexible configuration

  • Strong anti-interference performance of the system

  • The system is easy to operate and maintain

  • High measurement accuracy of the system

  • High system accuracy

  • Long service life of the system

  • System technical indicators
    Measurement range for measuring components

    NOX: 0~5000ppm optional
    CO: 0~5000ppm optional
    Dust: 0~no transmittance 0~4000mg/m3
    O2:0~10/25%
Temperature range of 0-300 degrees Celsius
    Flow rate: 0-40m/s
    Humidity: 0-20%

  • Monitoring items: smoke (particulate matter) concentration, SO2 (standard, wet basis, dry basis, and converted) concentration, flue gas flow rate, flue gas temperature, flue gas humidity, flue gas oxygen content, and other related parameters, as well as statistical emission rates, total emissions, etc.

Display function: A fully Chinese graphical interface that can display parameter lists, real-time curve graphs, historical curve graphs, historical data, alarm screens, reports, etc.

Printing function: scheduled printing and manual printing (including images, curves, parameters, and reports).

Alarm function: Over limit alarm, accident alarm.

Monitoring point location requirements: 1) Located downstream of fixed pollution source emission control equipment. 2) Easy access for personnel and sufficient space. When the platform height is greater than 5m, Z ladder/spiral ladder/elevator should be provided. 3) Priority should be given to selecting vertical pipe sections and negative pressure zones in the flue. 4) Monitoring points should avoid areas with sharp changes in flue bends and cross-sections. 5) Each fixed pollution source emission equipment should be equipped with a set of flue gas CEMS. 6) If a fixed pollution source exhaust passes through multiple flues before entering the total discharge outlet of the fixed pollution source, the flue gas CEMS should be installed on the total discharge outlet as much as possible. 7) The monitoring point for measuring CEMS should be located at a distance greater than 30% of the diameter of the flue and not less than 1 meter from the flue wall, at or near the centroid of the cross-sectional area of the flue
