Overview
The CEMS online continuous monitoring system for ultra-low transformation flue gas in coking plants can continuously and real-time track and test the concentration (mg/m3) and emission rate (kg/h, t/d, t/a) of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in the flue gas emitted from fixed pollution sources (such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, etc.). Or in other words, CEMS is an online monitoring and emission measurement system for flue gas emissions.

CEMS online monitoring system for ultra-low flue gas transformation in coking plant

The temperature traced ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology can not only measure SO2 and NOx, but also analyze gases such as NH3, CL2, H2S, O3, HCL, etc.
This system has the advantages of accurate measurement, high reliability, low investment cost, and fast response speed;
This system has the advantages of supporting online calibration, small fluctuations in measurement values, high reliability, and simple equipment;
This system has the advantages of easy installation and debugging, and low requirements for on-site facilities.
This CMES system has a compact overall structure, making it easy to transport and install.

All probes and sampling system components are made of corrosion-resistant materials, among which the probe material is special acid resistant stainless steel (316L), the filter material is ceramic, and the sampling heat tracing pipeline is a specially customized Φ 8 polytetrafluoroethylene heat tracing tube. The requirement to ensure continuous and reliable operation under working conditions.
The system consists of sampling probes and dust meters placed on the chimney, as well as an analysis cabinet, standard gas, and air compressor placed in the cabin. The sampling probe is responsible for sampling the flue gas, and high-temperature heat tracing is used to prevent condensation of water vapor in the flue gas. The built-in ceramic filter is used to filter dust in the flue gas; Dust meter is used to measure the concentration of chimney dust; The analysis cabinet is responsible for extracting flue gas and directly measuring SO2 at high temperatures; Standard gas is used for calibrating analytical instruments; The air compressor generates compressed air for regular blowback of the heat tracing pipeline and sampling probe.
The system provides a data availability rate of over 98%.
The system provides a comprehensive data acquisition system (DAS) with functions such as display monitoring, data processing, report management, remote communication, remote monitoring, and abnormal alarm.
The gas analysis of the system adopts the extraction condensation method (full process heat tracing direct extraction method), the smoke measurement adopts the forward scattering method, the flow measurement adopts the differential pressure flowmeter, and the temperature measurement adopts the platinum resistance method, which meets the requirements of the relevant "Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Flue Gas Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources (Trial Operation)" (HJ/T75-2007).
