The two components of SO2 and NOx are measured using ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy technology, while O2 high-temperature heat tracing ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology can not only measure SO2 and NOx, but also analyze gases such as NH3, Cl2, H2S, O3, HCl, etc. Compared with the in-situ method, this system has the advantages of supporting online calibration, small measurement value fluctuations, high reliability, and simple equipment maintenance. The whole machine has a compact structure, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
