1、 Product Usage

　　ZDXThe center drive suction machine is suitable for sedimentation tank discharge with surrounding inflow and outflow. It can overcome the difficulties of low specific gravity, high moisture content, and difficulty in scraping and collecting activated sludge. That is, while absorbing sludge, some sludge can also be scraped and directly discharged by the scraper plate, and the amount of sludge can be adjusted arbitrarily.

2、 Working principle

The central transmission device drives the scraper frame and suction frame to rotate inside the pool through the central vertical frame. The suction pipe is suspended under the suction frame and connected to the central mud collection tank. When rotating, it relies on the water level difference inside and outside the pool to suck the activated sludge at the bottom of the pool into the mud collection tank and discharge it outside the pool. On the other side of the suction arm is a scraper arm, and the scraper plate installed under the scraper arm gradually scrapes the inert sludge at the bottom of the pool into the central mud collection pit and discharges it outside the pool.

The surface skimming device collects and scrapes the floating slag from the liquid surface to the slag hopper at the edge of the pool and discharges it outside the pool.
