Polyaluminum chloride PAC, PAM fully automatic flocculant dosing device

Method of drug administration

1. Add residual chlorine removal agent
Pure water machine model: Raw water inlet volume (ton/hour), dosage of pure water per 57 liters (gram), dosing method:
Add water before pre-treatment, adjust the flow rate of the dosing machine to around 2.5 liters per hour;
Attention: If the residual chlorine concentration is greater than 0.5 milligrams per liter, the chlorine removal dose in the dosing box should be doubled. Multiple=residual chlorine concentration/0.5;
2. Add flocculant
Using tap water as the water source, with a turbidity of less than 5 degrees.
Pure water machine model: Raw water inlet volume (ton/hour), dosage per 57 liters of pure water (gram), dosing method.
Add it before the pre filter and raw water pump using a dosing machine, and adjust the flow rate of the dosing machine to around 2.5 liters per hour.
Attention: If it is groundwater, surface water, or concentrated water reuse, double the amount of coagulant in the dosing box. Multiply=Turbidity/5.
3. Add scale inhibitor
When the hardness of the raw water is between 50-100 milligrams per liter (calculated as calcium carbonate), the scale inhibitor should be added according to the following method:
Pure water machine model: Raw water inlet volume (ton/hour), dosage of pure water dosage (gram) added per 57 liters;
Add with a dosing machine before the multi-stage pump or high-pressure pump, and adjust the flow rate of the dosing machine to around 2.5 liters per hour;
Attention: If the hardness of the raw water is greater than 100 milligrams per liter, the concentration of the scale inhibitor in the dosing box should be doubled.
Multiple=hardness/100, but the height cannot exceed 10 times.
