4、 Working principle

Its frame is fixed at the upper end of the wellhead and consists of fixed grid bars to form a water passing grid surface. When sewage flows through the grid surface, debris larger than the grid gap is removed Interception; The rake bucket is first driven by the rake motor and stops after completing the flipping action. It is then driven by the lifting motor and, under the control of the height limiter, descends along the guide rails on both sides to the bottom of the grid well before stopping, and automatically turns on the rake motor again After completing the rake closing action, the machine stops and the lifting motor starts again. The rake bucket is pulled by the steel wire rope and inserted into the gap between the bars, picking up the intercepted debris and rising along the grid surface and slag blocking. Under the control of the height limiter After reaching the discharge port position, the lifting motor stops, and the cleaning scraper at the upper frame automatically scrapes off the debris with the upward movement of the rake bucket, and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck from the discharge port, completing the cleaning process in one go.
