The extraction type ultra-low dust instrument online monitoring system has been widely used to reduce the concentration of fine suspended particles through wet electrostatic precipitator technology. To measure the concentration of high humidity dust after wet electrostatic precipitator, an extraction type dust analyzer is selected. The $n extraction dust meter is mainly used for measuring the concentration of dust with high humidity and viscosity. The instrument extracts flue gas with high moisture content from the flue, removes moisture through heating, and measures dust concentration. In addition to heating the flue gas, the $n extraction dust meter also adds a heated dilution gas to heat and dilute the original flue gas, ensuring that only dust particles enter the measurement

The ultra-low smoke detector is based on the principle of forward light scattering. The highly stable laser emitted by the laser is collimated and enters the measurement chamber. When the laser beam meets the particles, forward scattered light is generated. The scattered light is received by the lens and introduced into the photodetector through the signal fiber. After the ultra-high sensitivity photoelectric signal conversion, the scattered light signal is transformed into an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of the particles. Through a specific algorithm, the concentration value of the particles is output.
