2. The operating cost of fiber rotary filter is very low, with a processing cost of only 0.004 yuan (4 centimeters) per ton of water, while traditional processes (V-shaped filter, D-type filter, fiber bundle/ball filter) have an operating cost of 0.2-0.3 yuan. Taking 10000 tons of water as an example, it can save 500000 to 700000 yuan per year.

Compared with traditional processes, fiber rotary filter eliminates civil engineering such as blower room, lift pump room, chlorination room, clean water tank, sedimentation tank, etc., and occupies a very small area. The area occupied by 10000 tons of water is only 15m, which is 1/6-1/7 of traditional processes.
4. The filter cloth filter equipment eliminates many structures, valves, pipelines, etc., making maintenance and repair of the equipment simple and convenient. The degree of automation in operation is quite high, so there is no need for dedicated personnel to supervise, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
5. Compared with traditional filters in the past, the fiber rotary filter eliminates the need for pre chlorination, which not only reduces operating costs but also avoids safety hazards for workers (high CLO2 concentration may cause flash explosions, endangering workers' lives).
