The high drainage spiral press is mainly used to dehydrate and reduce the volume of water residue generated by backwashing the grid with a large amount of water. It is generally used in conjunction with mesh plate grids. The water slag generated by backwashing flows into the feed inlet of the press through a U-shaped chute. Under the push of the screw, the slag is compressed and dehydrated. The separated water flows into the water channel through the drainage pipe, and the dry slag is discharged into the container through the upward curved discharge pipe. 1、 The structure and principle of a high drainage screw press are mainly composed of a frame, compression tube, screw, reducer, feed inlet, discharge tube, etc. The water generated by backwashing is discharged from the slag outlet of the mesh plate grid cleaning machine into the U-shaped chute at the back of the machine, and then flows into the feed inlet of the press. Under the push of the screw, the grid slag is compressed and dehydrated, and the water separated by the press enters the collection tank and is discharged into the sewer or grid front pool through the outlet pipe connected to its bottom. The dry residue is discharged into the container through the upward curved discharge pipe. The press adopts a suspended gear reducer and a low-noise motor, which is set on one end shaft head of the screw to drive the screw to make circular motion. A heavy-duty thrust bearing is installed in the bearing seat on the reducer side. The screw is equidistant and made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
