RETZSoda water mixer is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly product that uses steam and water to directly mix and heat water. It has the characteristics of low noise, no vibration, high heat exchange efficiency, and energy saving. It is widely used in hot water and hot water heating and thermal deoxygenation systems for daily life and production. The heater is mainly composed of a nozzle, shell, mesh plate, gasket and other parts. When the heated water passes through the Lal shaped nozzle, steam is sprayed into the water through many oblique small holes on the pipe wall from the outside of the nozzle, and the two are instantly well mixed in high-speed flow to achieve the purpose of heating.

For heaters of different models and specifications, the amount of steam required to heat hot water at different temperatures at rated flow can be calculated by the following formula:

The soda water mixer can be used for air conditioning heating, domestic hot water, and industrial production process water heating systems. The heater is selected based on the actual steam consumption of the water flow rate.

Design and ordering instructions.

When designing and ordering, the following technical parameters should be provided.

Entering the inlet of the soda mixer:

1、Saturated vapor pressure (gauge pressure).

2、Inlet pressure (gauge pressure), flow rate of heated water, starting temperature, and final temperature.

3Horizontal installation? Vertical installation?

4The soda water mixer is suitable for installation on the suction side of the water pump.

Installation and use of soda water mixer:

1.The steam water mixer can be installed horizontally or vertically upwards, with the steam inlet facing upwards or horizontally;

2.Valves, pressure gauges, and thermometers should be installed before and after the pipeline type steam water mixer to facilitate observation and adjustment of the working condition of the steam water mixer;

3.When starting the soda mixer, water should be supplied first, followed by steam; When shutting down, first turn off the steam source, and then cut off the water.
