1、 Product Introduction
Fully automatic dosing equipment is often used in fields such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental engineering, water treatment, etc. It is necessary to continuously and automatically inject a certain liquid into another liquid to form a mixture, or to cause a chemical reaction between the added agent and a certain component present in the liquid to achieve the expected process requirements. To achieve the best results, we automatically track and adjust the dosing rate of the added chemical agents under changing working conditions. Therefore, in the automatic dosing device, we adopt advanced automatic control methods to control the dosing amount.
This device occupies a small space, is easy to install, has a high degree of automation, and has a long service life. It can be widely used in water treatment industries such as urban water supply, sewage treatment, and electricity, truly relieving users of the troubles caused by chemical dosing.
2、 Structure and working principle of dosing system
2.1System Composition
The integrated flocculant preparation device mainly consists of three parts: the box, the dry powder feeder, and the automatic control system.
The dosing system is a rectangular horizontal machine, and its components are described as follows:

2Dissolving and mixing tank: composed of a motor reducer, mixing impeller, dissolving tank, inlet solenoid valve, etc.
3Dilution mixing box: composed of a motor reducer, mixing impeller, and liquid tank.
4Medicine storage tank: composed of a medicine storage box.

2.1.1box

2.1.2Dry powder feeding machine
The dry powder feeding machine includes a hopper, a feeding motor, a feeding screw, and a mixer. The motor is adjusted by the frequency converter inside the control box to control the speed of the dispensing screw, adjust the dosage, and control the concentration of the prepared medicine.
2.1.3automatic control system
The automatic control system mainly includes a control box, various sensors, and control components. Realize fully automatic control through it——Fully automatic operation, alarm, stop and restart. The automatic control system ensures the safe operation of the entire equipment, thereby extending its service life.
2.1.4working principle
Pour the flocculant dry powder into the hopper of the dry powder feeding machine, and precisely control the dosage by changing the speed of the feeding motor. The dry powder is pushed into the mixer by the feeding screw through the feeding pipe, and the electric heating belt of the feeding pipe can prevent the dry powder inside from getting damp and clumping, blocking the feeding pipe. The dry powder entering the mixer is immediately wetted by diluted water and slid into the preparation compartment. There is a slowly rotating electric stirrer in the preparation compartment to preliminarily mix the drug solution, and then the drug solution flows into the maturation compartment for thorough mixing and maturation. The matured drug solution flows into the dosing compartment. To prevent precipitation of the matured drug solution, the stirrer in the dosing compartment intermittently stirs when stopping the preparation of the drug solution.
When preparing the flocculant, the agitator in the maturation chamber stops rotating to prevent the mixing of newly flowing liquid and already matured liquid, which may affect the flocculation effect; After the preparation is stopped, the mixer in the maturation compartment is restarted to mature the medicine that has just entered the maturation compartment. A liquid level gauge is installed in the dispensing compartment. When the liquid level in the dispensing compartment is lower than the set liquid level, the dosing system is activated to prepare new medication; On the contrary, when the highest set water level is reached in the distribution grid, the system stops running to prevent overflow.
2.1.5Operation of equipment
There are two operation modes: manual mode and automatic mode.
When the device does not meet the requirements for automatic operation, manually start the device.
Automatic operation mode is a mode of operation when the device is running normally. It can achieve functions such as unmanned operation, automatic shutdown, automatic start, automatic alarm, and even remote control, ensuring that the equipment can continuously and fully prepare constant concentration liquid medicine.
Manual operation mode
uTurn on the main switch of the control box, it will automatically/Turn the manual knob to manual adjustment mode.
uTwist separately and operate the mixer, feed motor, and vibrator.
uAdjust the inlet valve to create a vortex of dilution water in the mixer without overflowing.
When the operating conditions meet the requirements for automatic operation, turn the knob to automatic to start automatic operation.
Automatic operation mode
When the device is operated in manual mode and the liquid level in the dispensing compartment reachesWhen the liquid level is reached, turn the knob to automatic mode, and the equipment can run automatically.
In automatic mode, if the liquid level of the dosing grid reaches a high level, it will automatically stop. When the liquid level reaches a low level again, it will automatically start again, achieving the function of continuous automatic preparation of drugs.
However, when encountering the following situations, the device will sound an alarm and needs to be manually restarted:
1. When the liquid level of the dosing grid reaches the highest level, the equipment will sound an alarm and stop running.
2. The water pressure of the inlet pipe is in the non working area, and the equipment alarms and stops running.
3. The level gauge detected that there was no flocculant powder in the hopper, and the equipment alarm and stopped running.
4. If the inflow exceeds the set inflow range, the equipment will sound an alarm and stop running.
